WARRANTY

Nutheme Safety Signs and Labels Corp. signs are warranted to meet government standards for color, format and use at time of shipment. Signs are warranted to be free from defects and not to fade, crack, peel or chip for three years from date of purchase under reasonable conditions. On receipt of a defective sign, or a sign which does not meet regulations, a replacement sign will be issued. Nutheme Safety Signs and Labels Corp. expressly disclaims all other warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory. In no event will Nutheme Safety Signs and Labels Corp. be liable for consequential damages or expense arising out of the use of the products described herein.
